I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ON 11/23/06 AND ON 1/27/07, THE P1009 CHECK ENGINE EMISSION FAILURE CODE CAME UP ON MY NAVIGATION SCREEN JUST AS MY CAR SUDDENLY LOST ITS ABILITY TO ACCELERATE OR MAINTAIN ITS CURRENT SPEED. MY SPEED WAS REDUCE IMMEDIATELY FROM 60 MPH TO 20 MPH AND THE RPM DROPPED FROM 3 TO BELOW 1. THE CAR BECAME SLUGGISH AND ACTED AS THOUGH IT WAS STALLING. SUA INCIDENT. I SLOWLY ENTERED UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE WITH BRAKES ON, TURNED INTO PARKING STALL (BRAKES ON) AND VEHICLE SUDDENLY, RAPIDLY ACCELERATED, OVER RIDING BRAKES AND CRASHED HEAD ON INTO CEMENT WALL CAUSING AIRBAG TO DEPLOY.
